Dr. Harun Alakaya is the only physician in the hair transplant team. He opens the recipient channels personally and carries out the post-operative follow-up.

Our graft guarantee

After the procedure every patient receives a signed Graft Guarantee Certificate stating the number of grafts transplanted and the technique used. We guarantee that this number is accurate. We do not promise a fixed survival percentage or density: results depend on each patient's hair characteristics, donor area and aftercare, and they vary from person to person.

Revision policy

We follow every patient after the procedure. If an additional procedure is considered necessary, it is planned only after a clinical evaluation by our medical team; the course of action and any costs are determined individually for each case.

Optional complication insurance

International patients can add a hair transplant complication insurance policy from Sompo Sigorta (approx. €15). Within the policy limits it covers:

Treatment of medical complications, including scalp necrosis and infection — up to €500, including re-implantation when more than 10% of grafts are lost
Economy flight back to Türkiye for complication treatment or revision — up to €1,000 (€100 deductible)
Accommodation during complication treatment — up to €100 per day, max. €1,000
Early complication treatment in the patient's home country — up to €250
Emergency medical treatment — up to €30,000; legal protection €500; third-party liability €3,750; lost baggage €350

Not covered: dissatisfaction based on personal preference, incomplete coverage of the bald area, failure to follow post-operative instructions and physician error. The policy is available to foreign nationals aged 1–75 who do not live in Türkiye.

Informed consent

Before surgery every patient reviews and signs written consent forms in English (and other languages on request): an information and consent form for the hair transplant procedure, including its risks, alternatives and expected growth timeline; an anaesthesia information and consent form; and a separate, optional consent for the use of photographs, which can be withdrawn at any time. A medical history form is completed before the procedure.
