Istanbul Vita does not transfer personal data to systems or service providers outside Türkiye as part of the data processing activities covered by this policy. Where the use of a third-party service may involve data processing outside Türkiye, this will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements of KVKK and the relevant legal safeguards.
Details you submit through our contact forms, such as your name, phone number, email address and campaign information (UTM parameters), are stored in our clinic’s own CRM system. Messages sent to us through WhatsApp are recorded in the same system.
We do not currently have a fixed retention period for this information. Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction or deletion where legally permitted, object to certain uses, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
