This certificate is issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health under the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist’s Health. Unlike the facilitator authorization, this certificate is granted directly to a healthcare facility, confirming its right to treat international patients under this regulatory framework.
A healthcare facility must meet the requirements defined for international health tourism health facilities, covering its clinical capacity, staffing, and general compliance with the principles set out in the regulation. This authorization is separate from, and in addition to, a facility’s standard operating license.
Özel Istanbul Vita Clinic Polyclinic holds this authorization under Document No. ST-5176. The Ministry’s General Directorate of Health Services reviewed our operating rooms, our licensed medical staff, and how we handle patient care day to day, then approved us against the standards set for treating patients from abroad.
