This certificate is issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health and authorizes a healthcare institution to deliver certified training programs in hair transplantation. It covers two distinct programs, one for physicians and one for auxiliary hair transplant practitioners, reflecting the different responsibilities each role carries in a procedure.
Not every clinic qualifies to teach. An institution must meet defined criteria covering its facilities, the qualifications of its supervising physicians, and a curriculum structured separately for physicians and for auxiliary staff, in line with Turkish healthcare education standards. Clinical experience alone does not grant this authorization.
